Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using PaddockDiary, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use PaddockDiary. PaddockDiary is operated by Dane Rendell.
Service Scope
PaddockDiary is an iOS mobile app that provides digital chemical spray record keeping tools for Australian farmers and growers.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
- You must not share your account with others.
- You must be 18 years or older to use PaddockDiary.
Free Tier and Subscriptions
- A free account is available that includes up to 5 spray records with full app functionality.
- A PaddockDiary Pro subscription is available that unlocks unlimited records and PDF export.
- Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Subscription pricing is displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase.
- To cancel, manage your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings.
Data and Record Keeping
You are responsible for maintaining your own business records and compliance obligations. PaddockDiary is a tool to assist with record keeping — it does not guarantee that your records will satisfy any particular auditing body, certification scheme, or regulatory requirement. You should verify your compliance obligations independently. We accept no liability for any failed audit, non-compliance finding, or certification outcome.
We perform routine backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, zero data loss, or successful restoration in every case. We recommend you regularly export and independently back up your records using the PDF export feature.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information in your records.
- Use PaddockDiary in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the app.
- Do not use PaddockDiary for any unlawful purpose.
Third-Party Services
PaddockDiary relies on third-party providers including Supabase, RevenueCat, and Resend. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or failures caused by these third-party services.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within PaddockDiary is owned by PaddockDiary. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
Warranty Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaddockDiary is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PaddockDiary, including loss of data, compliance penalties, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to PaddockDiary is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the app, or for security reasons. You may delete your account at any time within the app.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of PaddockDiary after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date above.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
